For office spaces with a rental price up to €3,000 per month (excluding VAT), our agency fee is 10% of the first year’s agreed rental price plus VAT. This fee reflects the full range of services we provide, from property search and negotiation to the completion of the rental agreement. It is a one-time payment, payable when the rental agreement is signed.

Office Spaces Priced Between €3,000 and €6,000/Month + VAT
For office spaces within the €3,000 to €6,000 per month range (excluding VAT), the agency fee is 7% of the first year’s agreed rental price plus VAT. This competitive rate ensures you receive expert support at every stage of the leasing process, while keeping fees reasonable. The fee is a one-time payment, required at the signing of the rental agreement.

Office Spaces Priced Above €6,000/Month + VAT
For office spaces with a monthly rental price above €6,000 (excluding VAT), our agency fee is set at 5% of the first year’s agreed rental price plus VAT. As with all price tiers, this fee is payable only once, upon signing the rental agreement, ensuring transparency and alignment with market standards.
