Clear and Fair Agency Fees Tailored for Rental Offices

At Office Market, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our agency fee structure. We have developed an Agency Fee Policy that reflects current market trends while offering accessibility and value across all office rental price ranges. Below is an outline of our agency fee policy based on the rental price of office spaces.

For office spaces with a rental price of up to €3,000 per month (excluding VAT), our agency fee is 10% of the first year’s rental price, plus VAT. This one-time fee is due upon signing the rental agreement, covering comprehensive services, including property search, negotiations, and finalizing the contract.

For office spaces with monthly rental prices between €3,000 and €6,000 (excluding VAT), the fee is set at 7% of the first year’s agreed-upon rental price, plus VAT. This ensures expert guidance and support throughout the leasing process at a fair and competitive rate.

For office spaces above €6,000 per month (excluding VAT), our agency fee is 5% of the first year’s rental price, plus VAT. As with all our fee structures, this is a one-time payment required when the rental agreement is signed.
